Pimentit

A no-nonsense read-only mobile Reddit client

The Reddit interface on mobile is garbage. Images are cropped, you're bombed with useless banners and pop-ups, it's very, very, very slow, space is not used thoughtfully, buttons and links get moved all the time and sometimes change behaviour. I aim to solve all these problems with this webapp.

Also, I aim to give users that don't want to make an account, a way to save their posts and favourite subreddits by storing this info locally in the browser.

Built with React and Tailwind CSS, using fetch for API communication and video.js for handling reddit's own videos.

Me

I studied Graphic Design and have been bulding websites since I discovered the Internet.

I have worked in agencies, product and service start-ups, and I teach Introduction to Digital Design.

I design and develop websites using the latest technologies and best practices. I understand developers’ concerns and respect designers’ pixels.
